Good deal if you purchase the 6 pack. I noticed more brain clarity and better sleep so far. I started with 1 drop per day for 3 days, then increased by 1 drop every 3 days. Im up to 5 drops per day. I was told its recommended to skip 2-3 days each week. I'm not sure why that is, but I was told that's the protocol Dr's are recommending. Guess I'll start doing that.
