What is Earthing?
Earthing also referred to as Grounding, is simply connecting your body directly to the subtle, natural electrical energy that exists on the surface of the earth. You can do this by walking barefoot outside or by using an Earthing Mat, Earthing Pillow Case or Earthing Sheet These products work by utilizing the ground port of home outlets. Our Earthing products have conductive silver materials while others are infused with carbon which enables them to transfer the Earth's energy into your body when your skin makes contact.
What is the difference between Grounding and Earthing?
Earthing and Grounding both refer to the act of reconnecting to the Earth's subtle, natural energy.
Can you explain how to use and connect the Earthing Mat, Earthing Sheet or Earthing Pillow Case ?
It is very easy to connect the Earthing products and start grounding. The first step is to check your outlet with an Outlet Checker. The checker will indicate if your outlets are grounded. If the lights do not indicate correct, the outlet is not grounded. Try another outlet or consult an electrician. Now you are ready to connect either the grounding cord to your Earthing Mat, Earthing Sheet or Earthing Pillow Case. Each product has a snap on it which fits into the provided cord. The other end of the cord will have a grounding prong, insert into the ground port of the electrical outlet. Once connected, you are ready to touch your product and start earthing!
Does Earthing work through clothing?
Earthing works best if your bare skin is touching the Earth or the grounded Earthing products. Some of the Earth's energy can work through clothing if there is some moisture in the material which will help to direct the current of the Earth through the clothing. For some people moisture from the body creates the necessary conductivity. However, skin contact is best.
